Hi there! I’m Salim Zaid, a Computer Science student and software developer from Algeria 🇩🇿. My passion for technology began at 10 years old, sparking a deep interest in programming and hacking that has only grown over the years.
I specialize in software development and system administration, with a strong focus on backend development, security, and automation. I enjoy hacking and pentesting, which helps me understand security better. This knowledge allows me to build more secure applications and safeguard production environments.

A Python script that automates the downloading of course materials from a university's Moodle website by securely logging in, navigating course URLs, and saving relevant files to a local directory.

This web application is designed for our computer science club 'TEKNE CLUB' members to communicate, share events, post blogs, and provide feedback. It features user profiles, messaging capabilities, and management of posts and messages.

- Messaging System: Users can send messages, which can be replied to, marked as spam, or deleted by moderators.

The Make It Visual (MIV) Website is a modern, creative platform (currently under development) designed for a professional agency specializing in turning ideas into visually stunning creations. It serves as a digital space to showcase MIV’s expertise in Audio-Visual Production, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Design. The website provides a seamless user experience with detailed service descriptions, a portfolio of past works, and a contact section for potential clients.

Founded on February 3, 2023, Horizon provides certified training, hands-on internships, and professional consulting services to help businesses and individuals thrive.

The Mentoreo Event Website is a dynamic platform to represent the Mentoreo event, an entrepreneurship training camp organized by Horizon Algeria (the training department of Make It Visual) and the ATOME Scientific Club. Scheduled for February 11-15, 2025, the event aims to train 70 students in entrepreneurship, foster an entrepreneurial culture, and create connections within the local economic ecosystem.

It provides an easy-to-use interface for selecting surahs (chapters), listening to recitations by different reciters, and reading translations and tafsir (explanations) to improve comprehension. The platform is ideal for memorization, review, and learning.

The CS Bouira University Study Hub is a centralized resource for Computer Science students at Bouira University (Akli Mohand Oulhadj). It includes all the modules from first year to final year, useful resources for each module, allows students to upload files, and includes a search feature to quickly find what you need.

Fast Todo is a simple command-line TODO list manager written in C. This program allows users to add, view, update, mark as finished, and clear tasks from their TODO list efficiently.

Tech Used:
This shell script automates the post installation process for a minimal Arch system, along with the i3 window manager. It aims to provide an easy and efficient way to configure an arch desktop environment with a Stylish lightweight and customizable window manager.
The script installs the necessary packages and applications required for daily drive and a functional and beutiful i3wm setup, and other recommended utilities. It also configures various system settings to optimize the user experience and provides a clean minimal and stylish i3 configuration.
